The British Bank Awards, run by Smart Money People, is back for its ninth year. On Monday 9 January 2023, voting was opened – the awards’ winners will be decided by 100 per cent of customers’ reviews on Smart Money People.

The awards aim to find those financial companies that are most dedicated to putting their customers first. The British Bank Awards are now a go-to resource for customers and organisations looking for banking providers and suppliers. In 2022 over 81,000 customers had their say in the awards by leaving a review.

Jacqueline Dewey, CEO of Smart Money People said: “As we start 2023, the cost of living crisis continues. With the industry preparing for the introduction of the new Consumer Duty in July, it’s more important than ever that consumers can trust their banking providers to offer great customer outcomes. Especially when it comes to their products and customer service. As the awards are down to the customer reviews we receive, they give a true reflection of how consumers feel about their providers. It’s exciting to see who will win this year.”
